      Kris, it is reblooming! This was a passalong from a plant exchange and another blogger helped ID it for me. Some years it is damged by cold it blooms so late. This year there are 3-4 blooming around the garden. It’s so hot and dry the blooms don’t last long.

      The damaged ones would be “most” of them Cathy! I hate to share those sad ones. This year the ants have been all over my dahlias, making it hard to get a clear picture without them.
