Great photos. I’m seeing more butterflies here too but I haven’t managed to capture a photo.
Glad you’re seeing more too Kris. The ones I’ve seen this year are especially skittish, especially the larger ones. I can’t seem to get close to them.
Nice! Rudbeckia seems to be very popular.
A hub of activity.
We love rudbeckias as much as the buterflies do so it is a winner all round!
I so agree.
Welcome mat at your house for pollinators.
Although I didn’t plant specifically for pollinators I’m so happy they’re finding my garden. Now I do keep them in mind when planting of course.
What a Mecca you’ve created for these pollinators, Susie. I would love to see one of those Zebra swallowtails in person. They are gorgeous. ❤
This is 3rd year having a Zebra swallowtail stop by the garden. This year it passed through very quickly, but last year I was able to get better photos. Very beautiful creature.
Your zebra swallowtail is gorgeous! 😃
Yes. And it was serendipity to see it at all. It was only in the garden less than five minutes and I had just picked that time to step outside with the camera. A treat.
Love the shots of the Zebra Swallowtail.
