Kris, I believe you’re absolutely right. They got a lot of rain in early August and I think it gave them a boost. (Pretty dry and hot here again though so the flowers don’t last long.)
So pretty! It is one of my favorites.
Has a wonderful fragrance also.
When I have enough, I bring them in and use them in my powder room for a nice scent.

This ginger lily failed to bloom at all last year so I was happy to see these flowers. The hot sun melts them quickly though.
I love flowers that are such a pure white. The flower has a lovely form too.
So do i Christina. This one is very delicate and smells luscious.
