Oh my! I’m not sure I could have identified your meditation circle without your caption. It sounds as though you’re enjoying it. I hope you don’t have to drive anywhere, though!
Gosh, that is stunningly beautiful. Many areas of the Southeast have had more snow this winter than Southern Wisconsin! We’ve only had about 8 inches of snow, total, for the season! Enjoy the beauty. Stay warm!
My brother-in-law visited just after our big snow so we heard all kinds of stories of snow in Wisconsin! I’m happy not to have this very often, but it has been lovely.
Hi Pris, a crape myrtle lost a big limb, but time will tell on the other plants. It’s been unusually cold here this winter but warming up nicely this weekend.
Beautiful scenes!
Thanks Donna. Still snowing so we’re getting a rare treat.
Wow, so pretty! The meditation circle is barely recognizable.
We don’t get a lot of snow and don’t usually get this much (4-6 inches so far). Covers all those weeds nicely!
It looks so different under the snow. Lovely images.
This has been a gorgeous snow–still going.

Nice thing about being retired –no worries about getting on the road and trying to get to work in treacherous weather. It’s a lot of snow for us!
What a different world when it’s all coated in snow. So calming, and I bet it’s got that quiet hush as the snow muffles all the normal sounds.
It’s true and there’s even a noticeable scent to the snow.

Your garden looks beautiful with snow covering it. But, how are your plants taking it?

Keep my fingers crossed for them.
I’ve been wondering about your end of the country. Even though we didn’t get much, it shut the city down for two days.
We ended up with 9.5 inches of snow, most I’ve ever seen actually. Lovely for a few days but hope it hurries away now.
That is a lot! Ours melted fast and yesterday was hot and humid. The garden smells of rotting plants.
I’d heard about the amount of snow you’ve received, but your photos are lovely.
Yes Tina, we had 9.5 inches. A record for my little garden and quite beautiful.
Oh my goodness – that’s a lot of snow for you. Here’s hoping it provides moisture but not damage.
It is indeed. More than I’ve ever seen at 9.5 inches.
Looks so fresh and new!
We ended up with 9.5 inches, very unusual for NC. Enjoyed it, now ready for it to go away.
Wow, that is a lot of snow for your neck of the woods!
Certainly is more than I’ve ever seen. 9.5 inches!
