Wonderful colours. Happy August Susie!
Thanks Cathy. Hard to believe August is here already.
Lovely! I wish I had better luck in growing Rudbeckia – ‘Goldsturm’ screams summer to me while ‘Cherry Brandy’, the only Rudbeckia I have been able to grow, speaks of fall.
‘Cherry Brandy’ is a winner though. I’ve had a lot of trouble with Goldsturm. This is the best year ever for the little patch. Maybe it’s finally decided to make itself at home.
Yellow is such a joyous colour.
Yes, although I prefer the blues, greens and violets, yellow has a place too!
We have all the same plants except Tansy. Lot’s of yellow in the garden right now and it will dominate until the asters bloom.
Some years I pull out as much tansy as possible but it just moves over a little bit.
That is bold! Beautiful photos.
